Linda Ieji In Big Trouble over Copyright Claims

Many have accused Nigerian blog queen Linda Ikeji of being a lazy blogger who got lucky, as she has being accused by people in the past of just doing a simple job of copy and paste on her blog site.
Recently an individual on Twitter with the handle @MrAyeDee informed the general public that the global tech giant Google had responded to complaints about his content being used on Linda’s blog without any form of recognition or compensation.


In actuality some posts on Linda’s blog between yesterday and today are visibly missing from her blog. Linda’s personal blog is currently in the top 10 sites visited in Nigeria and her income is estimated at about $900,000 annually from ads and sponsored posts, although the blogger has never released real figures.
This particular case brings into sharp perspective the very grey area of ‘news gathering’ practices of especially in Nigeria where blogs and websites recycles stories repeatedly.

Olga, who is a fairly popular politician in Ukraine hit back after she was criticized for the nude pics. She took to her website to write that the pics should be considered artwork rather than shameful

"The world honours the great works of great masters such as Van Gogh, Titian and others. They created naked beauty which was admired. In our day and age, women who appear naked are considered vulgar or shameful. I can't understand it. I think they are pure art.

That's the spirit. Ms Olga is contesting in the Ukrainian parliamentary elections on October 26.

According to recent findings, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of the United States of America has a patent on the Ebola virus; this means that the CDC “owns” the virus.

Natural News reports that the CDC “claims ownership over Ebola, meaning it can also claim royalties on the distribution and sale of Ebola vaccines.”

The report continues:

“The agency (CDC) apparently owns the patent not only on the original Ebola strain, as it was supposedly "discovered" back in the 1970s, but also on all future Ebola strains that might emerge in the future.”
